The Parent Guild Lunch Program

The Parent Guild directs the All Saints' lunch program. They contract with local vendors to offer different lunch choices each day on a two week ordering rotation.  There are two Parent Guild employees who handle the school's orders and service.  Parent volunteers help tally the order forms every other Wednesday morning from 8-10 a.m. 

How do I order lunch?  Order forms are sent home every other week in your child's weekly folder.  If you don't find these forms on Fridays (K - 3rd grades) or Mondays (4th-6th grades), then you may get them from the School Office. 

Does my child have to order every day?  Your child may order on any or all days of the week, order some items and bring others from home, or bring a lunch on any day! 

What if my child forgets to order or bring lunch?  The Lunch Program staff will be sure that every child has a lunch.  When lunch is provided, the lunch staff will send home a notice.  (The monthly menu calendar is a great way to keep up with your child's orders!)

What else do I need to nnow?  Here are some additional procedures:  1)  If you are ordering for more than one child, please turn in separate forms and money for each child.  Forms are tallied by teacher and grade.  2)  Please highlight your child's choices.  3)  Make checks payable to ASPG (All Saints' Parent Guild) or enclose exact cash for the two week period.  4) Students may order or purchase ice cream on Tuesdays for $1.  5)  Fruit, chips, cookies, Jell-O, yogurt, or drinks may be ordered through the Lunch Order Form or purchased from the Lunch Program staff on any day.  Please bring the correct change if purchasing at school.   

What are the lunch times?   Here are the lunch times for the 2007-2008 school year. 

K’s      11:00 – 11:30
1^st       11:20 – 11:50
2^nd      11:35 – 12:05
3^rd       11:55 – 12:20
4^th          2:15 – 12:40
5^th       12:45 –   1:15
6^th       12:45 –   1:15
