Lunch orders are sent home in book bags once a month, and are due by
8:30 am on the designated due date. Please send the order with your child.
Please note:
§ The Hot Line and the Smart Market options INCLUDE a drink. Please be sure to highlight the drink choice.
§ The Hot Line is served “cafeteria style” so that children may make some decisions about the way their individual meal is served. For example, sauces on pasta and gravy options are served on the side or may be left off. Condiments are typically served in individual packets. Salads, sandwiches, and wraps are also served with condiments and dressings on the side.
§ Vegetarian option is available. Appropriate food substitutions are made daily.
§ Drinks may be ordered separately for $.75 per day.
§ Please HIGHLIGHT the choices. The Hot Line option includes everything listed. The Smart Market option requires selection of one of two salad choices OR one of two sandwich choices, and the selection of fruit or soup with either.
§ Make a note of the days you have ordered lunch for your child or children.
§ If you are ordering lunch for more than one child, please turn in separate forms and money for each child!
§ If you do not receive forms or misplace them, you may get additional order forms from the School Office or on our website, www.allsaintsepiscopaldayschool.com.
§ Make checks payable to ASEDS or enclose exact cash with the order form.

Important Notes about Lunch
Please order lunch from the Crusaders’ Café OR send a lunch with your child to school. We kindly ask that lunches not be delivered to children during the school day unless unexpected circumstances deem it necessary. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION.
§ If you have ordered the Hot Line option for the entire 2009-10 school year, you DO NOT NEED TO FILL OUT monthly lunch order forms. You do need to fill out a Lunch Drink Selection form before the start of school.
§ If you wish to join your child during their lunch time on a special day, please let us know so that we can accommodate you for lunch that day.
§ Daily lunch purchases are for visiting parents and emergencies ONLY.
For daily purchases, the Hot Line option will be $5.00, and the Smart Market option will be $6.00. An invoice will be sent to you for the lunch provided.
§ Due to planning needs, we cannot always offer refunds for missed lunches.

§ Food service provided by Sodexo. Menu choices are USDA approved. Nutrition information is available on our website.
